Yes, this program is low-impact and offers a variety of alternative exercises for the movements that may cause discomfort or strain to any formerly injured areas of the body. I break down some of the exercises that most of my older clientele struggle with so that during each workout demonstration, you’ll have alternative movements that are just as effective and much less strenuous. For members who do have serious, prior injuries or muscle/joint discomfort, please consult a physician before starting the Mark Mcilyar Training program.
The Mark Mcilyar Training program is broken into three 30 day phases which systematically work to reduce body fat stores before the ideal hormone rejuvenation begins. In the final phase of the program, members will also experience the “A40 core set” which is a series of 4 back-to-back ab exercises that target belly fat and tone your midsection. The A40 core set rapidly accelerates the development and definition of your six pack so by the time you complete the program, you’ll have visible abs.
Absolutely. Men in their 20’s and 30’s, who may already have optimized hormone levels, will experience even further support from completing this system. And as far as “intensity” of the program goes, I show you how to increase the difficulty level at the end of each workout demonstration by changing the total number of rounds completed for that day. Yes! The program is designed to get results for clients of any age, or fitness experience level. I have clients as old as 72 and as young as 23 who have gotten results with the program. I also have many clients who never exercised before they began Mark Mcilyar Training, and a few clients who worked out for decades before starting to train with me.
The reason why anyone can get results with my program is because it is designed so that you can increase the intensity and make it more challenging as you progress. It's safe and effective for beginners to follow, and I show advanced guys how they can amp up the intensity so they can also get killer workouts in.
In addition to this, I make the program highly customizable. In each workout video, I show you many challenging workout add-ons or exercise alternatives that you can do in addition to the base Mark Mcilyar Training workouts to help you progress towards your goals at your desired pace. One add on is called the “Advanced Training Day” in which members have the option to complete a full on gym training session each week to really accelerate their results.
You can pick what goal you want to accomplish, and customize your workouts to get you there as fast as possible.

You can stream the videos instantly from anywhere with an internet connection - or you can download high quality versions to your computer that you'll have permanently.
This means that you'll get access to the videos instantly, and you won't have to wait for anything to be shipped to you.
Right now, we do not offer the Mark Mcilyar Training course on DVD. However, you can simply download the videos and burn them onto a DVD if you prefer to watch them on your TV or away from your computer.
